Fresh from the release of their fifth studio album, Almost Home, in March 2025, Ghost Hounds will perform a live concert to close out FanFest at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
PITTSBURGH, PA – April 26, 2025 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – Country rock band Ghost Hounds will highlight FanFest for Round 15 of Monster Energy Supercross at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with a concert beginning 5:20 p.m. ET and will conclude at 6:00 p.m. prior to opening ceremonies starting at 6:30 p.m.
Music is integral to motorsports and the SMX World ChampionshipTM has joined that tradition in a major way by combining a rising, national band with two of the sports’ biggest stars.
Debuting in 2019 with Roses Are Black, the band owes its blues-influenced sound to frontman SAVNT, guitarists Tyler Chiarelli and Thomas Tull, pianist/keys Joe Munroe, fiddler Kristin Weber, bassist Bennett Miller, and drummer Sydney Driver.
Ghost Hounds frontman SAVNT sang the National Anthem before last week’s Monster Energy Supercross race at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Enhancing their presence in FanFest, Ghost Hounds teamed up with two of the sports biggest stars, Jett and Hunter Lawrence, inside their Lawrence’s Factory Fan Zone VIP Experience during the second half of the season.
Today, Ghost Hounds venture onto a new stage in FanFest next to the Lawrence compound to deliver a concert just before fans head inside to watch title contenders Cooper Webb and Chase Sexton battle for the championship.
Ghost Hounds fourth album, First Last Time, released in 2023, featured the hit single “Last Train To Nowhere,” which racked up millions of hits via TikTok and Instagram. It was also featured in Taylor Sheridan’s new TV show Special Ops: Lioness.
Prior to the concert, fans will find plenty of opportunities to interact with the stars of the sport as each race team features autograph sessions with their athletes throughout the day which makes the Supercross live experience so engaging. Milestone will be on hand offering playable demonstrations of the newly released 2025 Monster Energy Supercross video game, while Kawasaki will also be on site providing demo rides on their Elektrode bikes. Series partners – Alpinestars, Insta360, Oakley and Monster Energy are all integral partners in the live fan experience inside FanFest that will run from 12:00 p.m. ET to 6:00 p.m. ET.
