Yoshimura Introduces 2025 Suzuki DR-Z4S/SM Exhaust Systems

CHINO, CA – April 2, 2025 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – After an impressive run of over two decades, 2025 brings an all-new Suzuki DR-Z4S/SM.

The new 398cc single cylinder water cooled engine is now fuel injected! We developed our RS-12 Race Series full system exhaust to enhance every aspect of the new DR-Z and the response was just what the doctor ordered. The RS-12 Race Series Full System packed substantial gains in performance adding 5.5% in hp @6,640rpm and 2.8% increase of torque @5,180rpm. These gains were made with our included/installed USFS spark arrestor SA-21-K! A custom stainless Yoshimura heat shield is included.

If a Race Series full system is not what you’re looking for, we developed our RS-12 slip-on to pack performance on the DR-Z4S without compromising 50 state legality. The RS-12 Enduro Series slip-on provides great performance 4.1% in hp @8,000rpm and 2% increase of torque @4,800rpm with spark arrestor installed. This slip-on includes our installed USFS approved spark arrestor SA-19-K to make is easier to roll right out to your favorite off-road riding area. A custom stainless Yoshimura heat shield is included.
