Dubya USA named ‘Official Wheels of AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days’

July event features three days of all things vintage motorcycle

PICKERINGTON, OH – June 13, 2019 – (Motor Sports Newswire) –  The American Motorcyclist Association is proud to announce Dubya USA as the “Official Wheels of AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days.”

Dubya USA supplies motorcycle wheels for everything from weekend trail riding to professional Supercross racing.

“Dubya is known for its high-quality products and excellent customer service,” said AMA Chief Operations Officer Jeff Massey. “We are happy to have them join the celebration of vintage motorcycles at 2019 Honda AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days presented by Avon Tyres.”

Dubya USA was founded by John and Kristin Anderson in 2008. In 2011, the company became the exclusive U.S. importer of Talon Hubs. Now, Dubya builds wheel sets using the components from Talon, Excel, D.I.D., Kite, Galfer, Motostuff and more.

“We are excited to partner with the AMA and to be named ‘Official Wheels of AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days’ in 2019,” Dubya USA co-owner John Anderson said. “We have seen the market for vintage wheels and wheel restoration growing over the past several years, and we are excited for riders, bike builders and motorcycle enthusiasts to learn more about us and our wheel restoration services and offerings.

“This event is very personal for us, as well. It was one of my wife’s dad’s favorite events every year,” Anderson said of AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days. His wife, Kristin Anderson, is the daughter of AMA Motorcycle Hall of Famer Tom White, who passed away in 2017. White donated hundreds of volunteer hours over the years at AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days.

Dubya also offers custom wheel building, individual wheel components and wheel restoration. The company works with a wide range of professional off-road athletes in everything from Supercross to Supermoto. The company also has expanded its offerings to include adventure motorcycle wheel sets and components, as well as vintage wheel-building services.
