WMR Competition Performance becomes newest WP suspension service center

STUART FL – June 28, 2018 – (Motor Sports Newswire) – WMR Competition Performance, Florida’s number one KTM, Husqvarna and Alta dealer becomes the newest WP Authorized Suspension Service Center in the United States.

Beginning in 1999 as a Motocross Race Shop, WMR soon built a reputation as one of the best motor and suspension shops for top racers throughout the country. Helping young riders like Matt Georke, Martin Davalos, Shawn Skinner, Jordan Bailey, Brock Papi and so many more over the years has given WMR the knowledge and experience to tune motocross suspension to the highest of standards.

In 2007 after moving to a larger facility WMR became a KTM dealer and shortly thereafter started a GNCC team. Tuning suspension for the fastest riders in the woods was a great education and different from the MX side but we learned fast and in 2013 the team finished 3^rd in the XC1 class with Rory Mead beating many of the Factory teams in the process.

In 2013 WMR brought in the newly branded Husqvarna line and in 2017 the first Alta Electric bikes in the south east. All three of these brands come from the factory with WP suspension, so being one of the highest volume KTM, Husqvarna and Alta dealers in the country made us a natural fit to become an authorized WP Service Center.

In preparation for becoming a WP dealer, a year ago we moved in to our new purpose built, state of the art race shop. The 20000sf building is located directly on interstate 95, the highest traveled expressway in Florida so we are easy to find and get to from anywhere in the state. We designed and built a suspension cell that is second to none with the latest specialty tools and equipment allowing us to maintain the highest level of suspension technology.
