At the heart of the bike is the fearsome and relentless 450 cc fuel-injected SOHC engine, armed with a six-speed gearbox and premium Brembo hydraulic clutch with rally specific gearing. A titanium Akrapovič exhaust system trims weight and maximizes the power punch.

The hydro-formed, laser-cut and hand-welded frame is expertly crafted for the ideal blend of longitude and torsional flex. This gives a prime feeling with regards to rider feedback, but also stability and assurance. This is boosted further by the fully customizable WP PRO Suspension that is easily adjustable.

Up front, the proven 48 mm WP XACT PRO 7548 Closed Cartridge Cone Valve fork delivers exceptional damping performance and superior resistance to bottoming. At the rear, the WP XACT PRO 7750 fully customizable shock ensures confidence, comfort, and reliability for the most competitive riders.

The KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA is equipped with rally-spec particulars. Dual radiators spread the responsibility of cooling and increase reliability in the case of unwanted damage from the terrain. The triple clamps (23 mm offset) are CNC for extra stiffness, but at a low weight. The upper-clamp features an in-house developed PHDS system and a SCOTTS steering damper, while the aluminum alloy tapered handlebar has rally-tested foam rubber grips. In addition, the footpegs use a wider surface area for better grip.

How about strong Brembo braking power matched by the KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA’s capability to go the distance thanks to a three fuel tank construction that extends the capacity to 9.11 gallons (34.5 liters). The carbon-fiber navigation tower crests a purposeful cockpit (for implementation of a digital roadbook with intuitive controls and a powerful LED) and is part of unique ergonomics that emphasize comfort while standing and sitting for long distances. The bodywork and aerodynamics achieve the tricky mix of optimum positioning, both for protection from the elements and a stance for control and quick reactions.
