ProTaper Renews Multi-Year OE Handlebar Supply Agreement with KTM AG

ProTaper handlebars and branded bar pads to be factory-installed
on select KTM 250cc and 450cc off-road motorcycles

KELLER, TX – October 9, 2026 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – ProTaper, a leader in motorcycle control components, today announced the renewal of its original equipment supply agreement with KTM AG, Europe’s leading producer of high-performance motorcycles.

Under the new multi-year agreement, ProTaper will continue supplying OE handlebars and ProTaper-branded handlebar pads for select KTM 250cc and 450cc off-road motorcycles. The handlebars and pads will be installed during KTM’s motorcycle production process, giving riders ProTaper components directly from the factory.
The renewed agreement continues the nearly 20-year OEM relationship between two companies with deep roots in motocross and off-road competition and reinforces ProTaper’s position as a leader in performance handlebar technology.
