LAS VEGAS, NV – November 4, 2024 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – Due to weather and unfavorable track conditions following a lengthy cleanup after an on-track incident, the conclusion of the 24th annual Ford Performance NHRA Nationals at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway will be completed on Monday.

Gates will open at 8 a.m. PT and racing will begin at 9 a.m. in the Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series, Summit Racing Series, Johnson’s Horsepowered Garage Mountain Motor Pro Stock and Congruity NHRA Pro Mod. The semifinals in Funny Car, Pro Stock and Pro Stock Motorcycle in the NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series will then follow at 11 a.m. PT.

The Top Fuel final, which was already set on Sunday and will feature Brittany Force and Doug Kalitta, will kick off final-round action at 12:15 p.m.

The semifinals in Funny Car features points leader Austin Prock taking on Blake Alexander and Jack Beckman racing Paul Lee. In Pro Stock, Aaron Stanfield will race David Cuadra, while the other semifinal features Greg Anderson and Cristian Cuadra. In Pro Stock Motorcycle, Gaige Herrera will race Hector Arana Jr. and Chase Van Sant will take on Angie Smith.

Admission will be free for fans on Monday with open seating. Club Nitro and the suites will not be open on Monday, while parking will only be in general parking. RVs and campers will also be permitted to stay until 6 p.m. on Monday.
