TAPER ADAPTORS

Our taper adaptors are made from mill finished 1mm 304L stainless steel and are ready to be welded and finished as desired. Each adaptor is machine formed on a mandrel to ensure a consistent symmetrical dimension.

FLANGES

Our 6061-T6 aluminum flanges are CNC machined and Hard Anodized for durability.
Our 304L stainless steel flanges are laser cut and press formed. Spring hook mounting holes included (where applicable).

TUBE BENDS

All of our bends are made from 1mm thick 304L stainless steel. These bends are mandrel bent and inspected via an optical scanning suite to ensure consistent and symmetrical dimensions. Finished parts are trimmed, deburred and ready for welding and post finishing as desired.

SPRING HOOK

Our spring hooks are made in house from 304L steel rod (70 degree angle) and are essential for securing springs on your custom made system.
