Sotheby’s Motorsport’s Inaugural Auction – A 2022 Ferrari SF90 Spider – Sells for $800,000

MIAMI, FL – August 24, 2023 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – Sotheby’s Motorsport, a new online automotive auction destination focused on 21st century sports, exotic, and luxury vehicles, has successfully completed its first auction – a 2022 Ferrari SF90 Spider – offered without reserve – that sold for $800,000 including buyer’s premium.

The Ferrari SF90 Spider defines the modern hybrid hypercar segment. The SF90 – a namesake commemorating 90 years of the manufacturer’s motorsport heritage – marked the debut of its inaugural mid-engine all-wheel-drive production car. The specific vehicle that Sotheby’s Motorsport auctioned had only 300 miles on the odometer.
