The 2019 SCORE TT Spec. Champion will be Driving with Brady Kelly Navigating in the #78 Chattanooga Whiskey Trick Truck.

Price, who has been racing the Extreme-E series across the world, is coming off Round 2 with a Win on Italian ground. The Chip Ganassi Racing athlete made history once again by being the First Female in Program History for CGR to win.

“I’m beyond excited to get back in a Trick Truck with Chattanooga and turn my focus from Extreme E back to my roots of American Desert Racing, the focus will be to show the speed and consistency I know we have and have proven and get the results to back that up with a Podium. My ultimate goal is to Win a race in this class but anything happens in desert racing and trucks are only getting faster and more capable. I’ll be driving a 2 Wheel Drive Dougan Engines Small block engine Geiser Brothers Truck making approximately 700HP against a majority field of Big Blocks with 1000HP, we will definitely have our work cut out for us but Randy Wells and the team has been working hard to give me the best truck they possibly can and proud to be able to race with this team!” said Price.

Price’s Navigator for the event will be Brady Kelly who has been racing more recently with Sara. Kelly who has been in the motorsports industry for years has a deep knowledge of the navigation skills required for this type of event and is excited to take part of this specific race.

“I am extremely honoured and excited to have gotten the call to navigate for Sara in the Chattanooga Whiskey Trophy Truck during the 2022 BITD Vegas to Reno race. I have raced with the Chattanooga Whisky Team in the past and I have navigated for Sara on multiple occasions. We are well prepared with high expectations of a top finish and I can’t think of a better combination to get it done; an outstanding team with an exceptionally talented driver. I am ready to do my job and can’t wait to go racing!’’ said Kelly.

This year’s Best In The Desert Vegas to Reno will cover a 495 miles race course through some of the most remote and rough desert terrain on earth. The first Trick Truck is set to take the green flag around 10am on Friday August 12th. The event will be broadcast live, details live on www.BITD.com

About Chattanooga Whiskey

Chattanooga Whiskey was founded in 2011 and galvanized public support via their “Vote Whiskey” campaign to overturn laws prohibiting distilling in the majority of Tennessee, dating back to prohibition.  Following the campaign’s success in 2013, the Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery was established in 2015 as the first distillery back in Chattanooga in 100 years, and is still known as the only stand-alone Experimental whiskey distillery in the country.  Focusing on malt-forward bourbon recipes, Chattanooga Whiskey coined and trademarked their signature style of straight bourbon whiskey from Tennessee now known as “Tennessee High Malt.”  Within the first 100 experimental barrels produced, Chattanooga Whiskey selected barrel #91 as their flagship recipe, then established the Chattanooga Whiskey Riverfront Distillery where their award winning Chattanooga Whiskey 91 & Chattanooga Whiskey 111 small batch bourbons are produced every day, inspired by the original Experimental Barrel #91.  Chattanooga Whiskey is sold in TN, GA, SC, AL, MS, FL, KY, CO, and soon to be TX.  It is also available online at seelbachs.com.
