MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA – May 29, 2019 – (Motor Sports Newswire) – Ducati announces the 2019 launch of fan program “All Roads Lead to Pikes Peak” in celebration of the Italian legend’s return to The Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, brought to you by Gran Turismo (PPIHC). The official program will crank up the energy for fans throughout North America, offering a gathering point where Ducatisti can join together to cheer on the Spider Grips Ducati Team on the heels of last year’s victory. The action will commence on Friday, June 28, with arrivals in vibrant Colorado Springs. In years’ past, hundreds of Ducati fans have ridden in from all across North America to bask in the glow of Ducati’s legendary status associated with Pikes Peak. Ducati was crowned winner of America’s Mountain in 2018, 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009 and 2008.
Spectacular rides in and around Colorado Springs, Colorado, will lead up to “The Race to The Clouds,” with three days of events culminating in a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity – on race weekend – to join a private ride up the awe-inspiring Pikes Peak Highway to the mountain’s summit.
Ticket packages are made available exclusively for Ducati owners at $229 and will include VIP tickets to the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, Ducati parking, access to hospitality, as well as a signature Ducati Welcome Kit, a private tour of The Pikes Peak Experience at the Penrose Heritage Museum, access to Friday night’s Fan Fest in downtown Colorado Springs, a Saturday night BBQ, and ultimately, an exclusive ride to the summit prior to race day. Hotel packages will also be available for those participating in this exclusive event.
“All Roads Lead to Pikes Peak” will gather Ducati fans bringing together their desire for adventure and passion for racing. The Hill Climb is considered one of the most challenging races in the world, with a 4,720-foot elevation change and 156 turns through a 12.42 mile-course that reaches a 14,115-foot summit.
