AmericanMuscle Video Hosts Drag Race at Maple Grove Raceway

PAOLI, PA – February 1, 2018 – (Motor Sports Newswire) –  Justin Dugan and Stephanie Wood of AmericanMuscle.com went head-to-head at the Maple Grove Raceway in Mohnton, Pennsylvania in a show of Mustang prowess. The winner was determined by the best of three races with both competitors setting personal goals before getting behind the wheel.

Dugan entered the dragstrip with his Supercharged 2014 Mustang. Modifications to his Mustang include a TVS Supercharger, Forgestar Drag Wheels, BMR Suspension Upgrades and a custom E85 tune from VMP Performance. Wood competed in her Twin Turbo 2017 Mustang GT which she has customized and modified to her own Mustang specifications. A Hellion Twin Turbo kit, Air Lift Performance V2 suspension kit, a Catback exhaust, Viking Performance double adjustable shocks, a BMR cradle lockout kit as well as differential bushing inserts and an N2MB Wide-Open Throttle box.

The loser of the competition had to drive to work for a week in an old, rusted Honda with more than 200,000 miles on it. As neither Wood nor Dugan wished to drive the older car to work, both set their sights on winning when they put their Mustangs to the test.

“It was fun to finally get out here on the drag strip. Shakedowns can be hit or miss and in my case it was a miss, but I’m happy to see Justin walk away with a nice time slip,” Wood said.

“I enjoyed the competition,” Dugan said. “Hopefully we can get out here again soon and try to go a little faster.”
