The world’s richest 410 winged pavement sprint car series returns for its second season with enhanced coverage and visits to iconic racetracks across the country.
LAGUNA BEACH, CA – October 16, 2026 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – More races. More tracks. More opportunities to cash in.
Race For The Million (RFTM) is raising the stakes for its sophomore season in 2027, expanding from four races to five while once again offering the richest total payout in the history of 410 winged pavement sprint car racing: over $1 million in combined purse money and championship point fund awards. The series has also named Racing America its exclusive broadcast partner for the 2027 season, bringing the action to fans everywhere via RacingAmerica.TV and the Racing America Media distribution network.
Founded by Richard Fieler, Race For The Million launched in 2026 with a bold mission to bring the best in 410 winged pavement sprint car racing together at premier short tracks across North America while offering unprecedented payouts and a championship worth racing for.

The 2027 schedule adds a fifth stop to the series, with events taking place at some of the country’s most recognizable short tracks:
- April 3: Five Flags Speedway – Pensacola, Florida
- June 3: Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway – Nashville, Tennessee
- July 24: Berlin Raceway and Entertainment Complex – Marne, Michigan
- August 21: Magic Valley Speedway – Twin Falls, Idaho
- August 28: Colorado National Speedway – Dacono, Colorado
“The response from the drivers, teams, tracks and fans exceeded our expectations in 2026, and we’re just getting started!” Fieler said. “We had so much fun that we decided to add another race and bring the excitement to two new venues in Nashville, Tennessee, and Twin Falls, Idaho.
“Our goal from day one has been to create something special and put pavement sprint car racing back in the spotlight. We’re carrying that momentum into 2027 with five races, more opportunities and an even bigger vision for the future. We can’t wait to get back to racing!”

Building on a Breakthrough Inaugural Season
Race For The Million made an immediate impact in 2026, bringing top-level winged pavement sprint car competition to four tracks: Five Flags Speedway, Berlin Raceway, Owosso Speedway and Colorado National Speedway.
Canadian driver Aaron Willison captured the series championship on the strength of podium finishes in all four events, including feature wins at Five Flags and Colorado.
The inaugural season also put huge money on the line at every stop, with feature winners collecting payouts of up to $30,000. The championship point fund added another significant incentive by rewarding consistency throughout the season.
Willison earned $40,000 from the point fund, with runner-up Kody Swanson receiving $37,500 and third-place finisher Bobby Santos III earning $35,000. Drivers finishing fourth through 12th shared an additional $198,500 in year-end awards, with other special payouts distributed.
With a fifth event added to the calendar, Race For The Million aims to give teams another opportunity to compete for major paydays while building on the momentum of its inaugural season.
The complete 2027 race format, event purses and championship point fund structure will be announced in the coming weeks. The official entry and participant portal is also expected to open soon. Additional information will be available at raceforthemillion.com.
