Iron Pony Motorsports Group Announces the Acquisition of Affordable Powersports, LLC of Carroll, Ohio

COLUMBUS, OH – June 8, 2022 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – Iron Pony® Motorsports Group is proud to announce the acquisition of Affordable Powersports LLC of Carroll, Ohio. With locations in Mansfield, Ohio and Columbus, Ohio this marks the third location for our company. Iron Pony® Motorsports is excited to bring our 45 plus years of experience and knowledge to benefit the Lancaster / Carroll area. Our plans are to provide a smaller version of our Columbus store, including providing more accessories, parts and apparel at the best possible prices, that customers are looking for. It will be another milestone in Iron Pony’s plan to help grow the industry and develop solid multi-line powersports dealerships throughout the state of Ohio.

This acquisition marks a key step for Iron Pony® Motorsports Group as we strengthen our commitment to the industry, while having the flexibility to support the community in our new South Eastern location. Adding to the fact, Vice President and Co-owner of Iron Pony® Motorsports Tammy Jones, is originally from the area and her mother still resides there. This purchase marks this occasion as a special home coming for Jones and her family.

Iron Pony® Motorsports is actively looking to purchase any Powersports dealerships looking to sell.

Affordable Powersports, LLC operations have been fully handed over to Iron Pony® Motorsports Group as of May 6th, 2022. All existing staff of the current dealership in Carroll, Ohio have been offered positions with Pony Powersports® Group, or Iron Pony® Motorsports. Look for major upgrades to this location in the near future.
