RANCHOI CUCAMONGA, CA – September 30, 2025 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – Since 2015, Dunlop has proudly served as the official spec tire for all classes of the AMA MotoAmerica series. Year after year, North America’s premier motorcycle road racing series continues to captivate fans with its thrilling action, and the 2025 season raised the bar once again, concluding with a championship finale packed with drama and history-making performances.

This season was yet another showcase for Dunlop’s advanced racing technology, with the Sportmax Slick once again shattering lap records at multiple venues and proving itself as the ultimate choice for champions. The Sportmax Slick, continues to deliver unrivaled performance and reliability as the Official Tire of MotoAmerica.

The 2025 season saw the Dunlop Sportmax Slick rewrite the record books across MotoAmerica. At tracks including Road Atlanta, Barber Motorsports Park, Road America, Circuit of The Americas, and Laguna Seca, riders on Dunlop rubber set new lap records in multiple classes. From the high-speed sweepers of Road America to the technical corkscrew at Laguna Seca, the Sportmax Slick delivered unmatched grip and consistency, enabling riders to push beyond previous limits. These record-breaking performances underscore Dunlop’s commitment to constant innovation and confirm the Sportmax Slick as the benchmark tire for professional road racing in North America.

Behind every record-breaking lap and championship ride is Dunlop’s dedicated trackside support crew. At every MotoAmerica round, Dunlop’s service technicians, engineers, and tire specialists work side by side with teams to ensure each rider has the right setup for every condition. With tire mounting, compound selection, and real-time performance feedback, the Dunlop support team is a vital part of the paddock that helps deliver the expertise that helps turn potential into podiums.

In one of the most dramatic finales in recent memory, Dunlop-shod Cameron Beaubier clinched his sixth MotoAmerica Superbike Championship at New Jersey Motorsports Park, overcoming a 13-point deficit to secure the crown in breathtaking fashion. What began as Bobby Fong’s career year—punctuated by consistent points finishes and a Saturday victory—turned upside down on Sunday, as crashes in both remaining races opened the door for Beaubier to capitalize with a victory in the season’s final contest.

The support classes added their own chapters to the 2025 story. In the Motovation Supersport class, Mathew Scholtz managed the season with both grit and precision, taking his second championship after ten wins in the season. The SC-Project Twins Cup and Parts Unlimited Talent Cup by Motul delivered some of the closest racing of the year with Alessandro Di Mario earning both crowns in spectacular fashion.

In the Stock 1000 class, veteran racer Andrew Lee showcased consistency and determination all season long. Riding on Dunlop Sportmax Slicks, Lee overcame stiff competition and a deep field of contenders to secure the 2025 Stock 1000 Championship. His ability to manage strike when it counted most proved pivotal in his title-winning campaign, adding another championship to Dunlop’s long list of victories.

The high-stakes Mission King of the Baggers Championship was decided at the penultimate round in Texas. This class showcasing the spectacle of big V-twin racing at legendary tracks across the country firing up the Harley-Davidson vs. Indian battle. In the end, Harley-Davidson’s Kyle Wyman clinched the championship after winning seven races en route to wrapping up the title. The always-entertaining Mission Super Hooligan National Championship also thrilled fans, James Rispoli taking top honors. Meanwhile, the Royal Enfield Build. Train. Race. Championship continued to inspire, as Kira Knebel proved once again that the program is one of MotoAmerica’s most unique and crowd-pleasing classes.“MotoAmerica racing in 2025 showcased the very best in motorcycle competition — from nail-biting Superbike battles to breakout performances in the support classes and lap records shattered,” said Chad Geer, Director of Motorcycle Product, Marketing, and Motorsports at Dunlop Motorcycle Tires. “The evolution of our Sportmax Slick, coupled with the dedication of our trackside support crew and the relentless drive of the riders and teams, made this another season to remember.
