VIOLA, WI – November 5, 2024 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – S&S Cycle is excited to announce that Serena Inman has taken on the role of Sr. Human Resources Manager. Serena is an accomplished professional with over 12 years of experience across multiple HR functional areas, including talent acquisition, policy administration, employee and labor relations, and benefits administration.
“Our greatest asset is our people, and as S&S Cycle looks to launch several new strategic initiatives in short order, we felt it was extremely important to invest in our human resource department,” said Brett Smith, chair of the S&S Nomination, Compensation, & Leadership Development Committee. “I have not been this excited about our HR team since I left S&S as president over 15 years ago. We feel very strongly that Serena is aligned with our values of excellence and Proven Performance. Serena will work closely with the board and senior leadership team on several important initiatives—especially expanding our product development team.”
Before joining S&S Cycle, Serena served as the Human Resources & Industrial Relations Manager at Crown Cork & Seal in La Crosse, WI. In that role, she served as a strategic partner with plant management while being responsible for all aspects of HR for the plant. Prior to her time at Crown, she spent five years in local government as the HR Director for Vernon County, where she led the implementation of a new compensation structure and helped reorganize the county, including the hiring of Vernon County’s first County Administrator.
Serena holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and is a Senior Certified HR Professional through SHRM, as well as a Certified Labor Relations Professional through Michigan State.
