Upcoming SuperMotocross Post-Season to Feature Weekend Long Fan Experiences in Concord, Fort Worth, and Las Vegas

Live shows, practice, pit bike racing, autograph sessions, camping, and more make for a complete weekend of entertainment

ELLENTON, FL | MORGANTOWN, WV – August 23, 2024 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – The 2024 SuperMotocross World Championship Finals, Fueled by Monster Energy promise to deliver an unparalleled experience, showcasing the world’s elite two-wheel athletes on the track while offering world-class entertainment off the track. Each race weekend is set to feature a packed Friday full of activities, allowing fans to fully immerse themselves in the SuperMotocross atmosphere. After a successful debut last year, popular fan experiences such as live talk shows, press conferences, pit bike racing, camping, and more will return for all three rounds.

Friday’s Fan Zone will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and feature access to the pre-race press conference, practice sessions, and the SMX Insiders live show. A Friday Fan Zone ticket will be necessary to take part in all Friday activities and can be purchased at supermotocross.com.

New this year, the SMX Insiders Live Podcast Mashup will feature the biggest names in the Podcast world, starting with the Insiders Jason Weigandt and Jason Thomas. Joining the Jason’s will be Title 24’s Ricky Carmichael or Ryan Villopoto, Bubba’s World’s James Stewart, Steve Matthes of Pulp MX, and Jase Macalpine of the Gypsy Tales Podcast. The SMX Insiders Live Podcast Mashup will take place in the Friday Fan Zone from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

For the first time ever, the podcast and radio giants of the SuperMotocross industry come together for insightful discussion and bench racing ahead of race day action.

The Friday pre-race press conferences at each round will take place at 11:30 a.m. local time ahead of practice kicking off at 1:00 p.m. Charlotte and Fort Worth will feature 12 marquee athletes in the 450 Class and the top 10 in the 250 Class. Athletes such as defending SuperMotocross World Champions, Jett Lawrence and Haiden Deegan, plus stars like Chase Sexton, Eli Tomac, Hunter Lawrence, and Aaron Plessinger will all be in attendance. The Las Vegas pre-race press conference will feature the top three contenders in each class as they address the media one final time before competing for the world title the next day. Each press conference will also feature the top amateur SMX Next athletes competing in the World All-Stars as they get set to take on the biggest stage of their careers.

The pre-race press conference is open to fans at 11:30 a.m. each weekend as top contenders share their thoughts ahead of race day.

Practice sessions for each class occur every Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:35 p.m. local time as racers take to the track for the very first time, available to Friday Fan Zone ticket holders. Rider autograph sessions will follow at each team rig from 3:35 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., offering fans an early opportunity to get autographs before race day.

Practice is open to all Friday Fan Zone ticket holders. Bikes hit the track at 1:00 p.m. local time every Friday.

The post-season offers more access than ever before to the world’s top athletes with autograph sessions and VIP experiences taking place all weekend long.

The SMX Yamaha Pit Bike Races return for the second year, held every Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. before the SMX Insiders Live show. Watch industry favorites like Huckson Deegan and 2x Pit Bike of Nations Champion Willy Browning go bar-to-bar on a portion of the SuperMotocross track. Six-time champion Broc Glover will act as the official starter with more competitors still to be announced

The SMX Yamaha Pit Bike races return and fans can line the fence to watch as industry talent and personalities take to the track.

Camping options for every budget and experience level will also be available at each round. At zMAX Dragway and Texas Motor Speedway, camping will be open Friday – Sunday with an early Thursday open at The Strip at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Premium camping options and general admission camping will be available at all post-season races.

Tickets are on sale now at supermotocross.com for each round of the SuperMotocross World Championship Finals. Elevated VIP Fan Experiences are also available. Newly added for SuperMotocross World Championship Playoff 2 at Texas Motor Speedway is the Inside Track VIP Experience, which will be unique to this specific round and joins an exciting array of options that are available for each round of the SuperMotocross World Championship Finals.

Due to overwhelming demand, additional “standing room only” tickets have been made available for the SuperMotocross World Championship set for the Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Saturday, September 21. These tickets will be labeled as General Admission Standing Room Only – No Seats”.
