SMEC Supermoto Season Opener at Virginia International Raceway

ALTON, VA – May 2, 2024 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – SMEC Supermoto, the premiere Supermoto Championship in North America, is set to kick off its highly anticipated season at the prestigious Virginia International Raceway in Alton, VA.

Riders from across the continent will converge on this renowned VIR Kart circuit, known for its challenging layout and thrilling atmosphere, to compete in the adrenaline-charged spectacle that is Supermoto racing.

Mark your calendars for Sunday May 5th and witness the intense action firsthand as top riders vie for victory on both tarmac and dirt. Spectating is only 5.00 for adults and children 12 and under is free.

In addition to being the SMEC Round 1 event this is also the first of two Eastern regional qualifiers for the 2024 North American Supermoto Shootout.
