LAKE ELSINORE, CA – September 3, 2021 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – SP Motorsports Professional Driver Sara Price set to race the 2nd SCORE International Baja 400 presented by VP Racing Fuels. The 2019 SCORE TT Spec. Champion will be Co-driving with Dave Taylor in the No. 26 Adonia Yachts SCORE Trophy Truck.

Adonia Racing started back in 2014 as a way to get the employees of Adonia Yachts involved into off-road racing. Dave Taylor, CEO & pilot, and his family were raised around the desert and desert racing and now hold strong ties to the off-road world. The race team now counts 3 race trucks: Trophy Lite, Trophy Truck Spec and Trophy Truck.

Price’s Navigator for the event will be Kyle Melville. Melville has been a racer himself for the last 27 years and decided to add navigating to his skills in 2017. Kyle has an impressive resume when it comes to off-road racing from moto to quad to Class 1 to semi-factory UTV driver. He’s raced throughout multiple series so tackling the Baja 400 with the 2019 champion in the most Elite class in the SCORE International Championship will make for a successful duo.

This year’s Baja 400 event will run from September 14-19. The Trophy Truck class will see the green flag at the 10-hour mark on Saturday morning in Ensenada, Mexico.
About Sara Price
Named the 2016 Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame Rising Star, Sara Price’s racing career started on dirt and she went on to join Kawasaki as the first factory-supported female racer. She began racing dirt bikes at the age of eight and collected 19 amateur titles and medaled in Women’s Super X at the 2010 X Games. She holds the record as the most winning female amateur to date.

In 2019, Sara Price became the first-ever women to win the SCORE International Trophy Truck Spec championship, the first-ever woman to IronWoman the TT Spec class and finish and the first-ever woman to finish 2nd in the overall championship in SCORE International. In 2020, she also became the first woman to sign with Chip Ganassi Racing for the Extreme-E series. When she isn’t racing, Price works as a stunt professional, performing on motorcycles, and in vehicles and as a precision driver for television and film.
