McGrath, Reed, Carmichael, Deegan, Dungey, Brayton and Vande Valde Square off in Four Wheel Battle for the First-Time Ever

NEW YORK, NY – February 10, 2021 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – Two-time Olympic Cyclist Christian Vande Valde, 16-Time X-Games Gold Medalist Brian Deegan and four-time Australian Supercross Champion Justin Brayton will join recently announced Jeremy McGrath, Chad Reed, Ricky Carmichael, and Ryan Dungey in a never-seen-before event affectionately known as MotoCar FITE Klub.  FITE will showcase the world’s top supercross/motocross racers on in identically prepared stock cars in an all-out four-wheel brawl on February 25 at 6:30pm ET at Travelers Rest Speedway in South Carolina.

This lineup of athletes makes up the Mount Rushmore of motocross/supercross, featuring four of the top six of supercross’ all-time 450SX Class winners. Combined, the group has 374 AMA National Premier Class Wins and 47 AMA National Titles (450SX/450MX/250MX).

Following the announcement of McGrath, Reed, Carmichael and Dungey, calls from across the two-wheel world, including cycling came in to line up against these elite athletes. Vande Valde, a huge supercross/motocross fan, and one of the most accomplished American cyclist earned five National Championships and finished within the top 10 at the Tour de France twice is certainly a unique addition but brings an international reach and completely new audience to the event.

Ryan Villopoto was originally scheduled to race but an unforeseen schedule change to a previous engagement – regrettably – forced the nine-time AMA National Champion to with draw from the event.

“I am bummed to miss this amazing event, and I promise I will be the first one to sign up for the next one, “ said Villopoto. “I will be watching the event on FITE and taking notes so I am prepared for next year. Best of luck to everyone – this is an amazing group of world-class athletes.”

This will be one of the most anticipated events of all time as we put the best riders on two wheels on four wheels.
