SCOTTSDALE, AZ – January 17, 2018 – (Motor Sports Newswire) – The Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction is poised for a historic “Super Saturday” this weekend as some of the most high-profile vehicles are scheduled to cross the auction block. Viewers at home can catch all of the heart-pounding action beginning at 1:00 p.m. MST on Velocity, and then during a special, unprecedented six-hour simulcast on Discovery Channel and Velocity from 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. MST.

Among the highlight vehicles included in Saturday’s simulcast are four high-profile charity vehicles.

  • 4:30 p.m. MST – First production 2018 Corvette Carbon 65 Edition (Lot #3007) to benefit the George W. Bush Presidential Center’s Military Service Initiative
  • 5:30 p.m. MST – Carolyn and Craig Jackson’s personal 1988 Chevrolet Corvette 35th Anniversary Edition (Lot #3008), part of Barrett-Jackson’s yearlong “Driven Hearts” charity initiative to benefit the American Heart Association
  • 6:30 p.m. MST – First production 2019 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 (Lot #3009) to benefit the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation
  • 8:30 p.m. MST – 2017 Ford GT (Lot #3010), the first current model GT for charity at public auction to benefit the Autism Society of North Carolina’s IGNITE Program
