IRVINE, CA – November 14, 2017 – (Motor Sports Newswire) –  The final round of the 2017 AMA EnduroCross series will visit Ontario, California on Saturday, November 18th. FMF KTM’s Cody Webb has clinched the Super EnduroCross championship but there will still be plenty of action and championships to decide in Ontario. The Junior EnduroCross championship, a championship within a championship for riders that are twenty-one and under, is a prestigious title that includes past champions Colton Haaker, Taylor Robert and Max Gerston. RPM KTM’s Ty Tremaine has won the title for the past three seasons and is in his final year of eligibility. He trails Team SRT backed Trystan Hart by nine points going into the final. These two riders are currently sitting second and third in the overall championship and have earned multiple podiums this season to indicate that they are ready to take some wins.

Speaking of Team SRT, Kyle Redmond and Cory Graffunder, two of the veterans of the series, are in line to finish fourth and fifth in the championship. Including Hart, this would put three SRT riders in the top five, which is an amazing run for the team.

The Amateur, Vet and Women’s class championships are still on the line going into Ontario. Each of these classes provides plenty of action and with AMA #1 plates on the line, you can count on some wild riding.

The pits are open for free all day and there will be a Pit Party starting at 5:00 pm. You can get up close to meet the riders and see their bikes. Opening ceremonies will start at 7:30 pm.

The Ontario EnduroCross will also include a Friday night Destry Abbott, DA8 training session on the track. The two-hour EnduroCross training session is very hands-on, with several of the top pro riders assisting Destry in providing instruction on how to tackle the obstacles. The class is open to all riders (even those not competing at the Ontario event). For the $100 entry fee, you will learn how to tackle the difficult obstacles found on tough trails and EnduroCross tracks. This will be limited to the first 20 entries, so get your entry in before it sells out.

EnduroCross has a class for everyone with Amateur, Vet, TrialsCross, Women’s and Super EnduroCross (Pro) classes. And for 2017, there is an Amateur B Main, which allows more riders to make it into the night show. If you want to give it a shot yourself, now is the time to sign up.
