Honda Generators to Power Full Throttle Drag Racing Series

ALPHARETTA, GA – May 27, 2010 – (Motor Sports Newswire) – Honda Power Equipment today announced a new sponsorship agreement with the National Hot Rod Association, or NHRA. Honda’s Super Quiet Series of portable generators will provide durable, dependable power to the NHRA’s Full Throttle Drag Racing Series events. Additionally, Honda generators will be utilized at each of the organization’s seven geographic division offices and within all of its owned and operated racing facilities in the United States.

As an official sponsor, Honda Generators will be displaying its full line of generators for race fans at all NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series events. Thunder Valley Casino Resort Named Title Sponsor Of NASCAR Pro Series West Event

SONOMA, CA – May 24, 2010 – (Motor Sports Newswire) –  Infineon Raceway and Thunder Valley Casino Resort have entered into a multi-year partnership that will make the Sacramento area-based company the title sponsor of the Saturday race at the upcoming NASCAR Sprint Cup Series weekend, officials from both companies announced.

Thunder Valley Casino Resort will become title sponsor of the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West event, which will take place on Saturday, June 19. The event will be called the Thunder Valley Casino Resort 200, and will serve as the main event on Saturday of the Toyota/Save Mart 350 weekend, June 18-20.

In addition to being the title sponsor of the race, Thunder Valley Casino Resort will sponsor the No. 31 entry piloted by 2009 Pro Series West champion Jason Bowles, who will look for this third consecutive victory in the 64-lap race.

KYMCO Named An Official Sponsor of NHRA

Spartanburg, SC – December 1, 2009 – (Motor Sports Newswire) – KYMCO USA announced today that they will partner with NHRA, the world’s largest motorsports sanctioning body. As part of the agreement, KYMCO USA will become the Official Scooter and ATV of the NHRA.

Harley-Davidson extends NHRA programs

MILWAUKEE, WI – November 13, 2009 – (Motor Sports Newswire) – Harley-Davidson Motor Company has extended both its official program with NHRA and its title sponsorship of the NHRA Harley-Davidson Sportsman Motorcycle Series through the 2012 season. Harley-Davidson, the only major U.S.-based manufacturer of motorcycles, became the official motorcycle of NHRA and title sponsor of the popular NHRA Harley-Davidson Sportsman Motorcycle Series in 2006.
