DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES – November 19, 2024 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – RM Sotheby’s is delighted to announce an incredible catalogue of extraordinary machinery that will offered at its second Dubai sale, held at the Emirates Golf Club on 1 December, in partnership with the 1000 Miglia Experience UAE.
The sale is led by the truly remarkable 2014 Pagani Zonda 760 LM Roadster. One of the most coveted derivatives of Pagani’s Zonda 760 series, this example was produced by Horacio Pagani to the exacting specifications of its consigning owner, including stunning clear lacquered bare carbon bodywork. Throughout the body are beautiful Cinque, Tricolore, and Zonda R features including but not limited to Cinque sills, Cinque front spoiler, Cinque front wheelarch louvres, 760-specification front wheelarch eyelids, Cinque rear diffuser, Zonda R-style front dive planes, Cinque Roadster air intake, 19-inch Zonda R-style wheels, Huayra wing mirrors, Tricolore rear quarter intakes, 760-specification rear fin, Cinque engine cover, Zonda R-style rear brake lights, Zonda Revolución-inspired rear wing, and a Tricolore exhaust outlet. This astonishing car is estimated to sell for in excess of $12,000,000 USD.
Also offered is an equally special 2017 Pagani Huayra BC Coupé. One of approximately 20 examples built of the track-focused Huayra BC, this car has been upgraded to a specification reflective of the ‘Pacchetto Tempesta’ development, improving aerodynamics, in addition to new suspension, and increased engine performance. Boasting incredible lacquered bare carbon fibre bodywork with orange accents, this car is powered by a 6-litre V-12 from AMG that delivers an astounding 827 horsepower. It is estimated to sell for in excess of $4,500,000 USD.
Another star lot is the 2022 Aston Martin Valkyrie Coupé, a car designed to offer true race-car-for-the-road performance by the Formula 1 engineering legend, and multiple championship-winning designer Adrian Newey. Powered by an electric motor-assisted Cosworth V-12 making 1,160 horsepower, it is capable of a mind-boggling 0 to 100 km/h in 2.6 seconds. Offered with single ownership from new and a mere 109 kilometres on the clock, it is estimated to sell for between $2,600,000 – $3,000,000 USD. Also set to cross the block is a 2017 Lamborghini Centenario LP770-4 Roadster, just one of 20 built, the Centenario was built to commemorate 100 years since the birth of the company founder, Ferruccio Lamborghini. Offered with single ownership, it is estimated at $1,700,000 – $2,300,000 USD.
A duo of McLarens will also be offered including a track-focused 2019 McLaren Senna LM. A special version of the already highly-capable Senna, the LM was one of 20 built by McLaren Special Operations, with this example being finished in the iconic McLaren colour of Papaya Orange. Now offered with single ownership, it is estimated at $1,400,000 – $1,800,000 USD. The 2014 McLaren P1 is presented in the iconic McLaren P1 shade of Volcano Orange. Launched to rave reviews when it was launched in 2013, the P1 was one of the three iconic ‘Holy Trinity’, along with the Ferrari LaFerrari and the Porsche 918. Supplied new to Japan, and with 3,625 kilometres on the clock, it is estimated to sell for between $900,000 – $1,150,000 USD.
An incredible trio of Ferraris will also be offered, including a 2022 Ferrari 812 Competizione, featuring arguably the ultimate evolution of Ferrari’s V-12 engine. The track-focused version of Ferrari’s acclaimed 812 Superfast, this 803-kilometre car is estimated at $1,500,000 – $1,700,000 USD. The 2016 Ferrari F12tdf is a special version of the already hugely capable F12, boasting 769 horsepower from its naturally aspirated 6.3 litre V-12. Strikingly finished in Giallo Modena over Nero Alcantara trim, this is estimated to sell for between $1,100,000 – $1,300,000 USD. The 2009 Ferrari Scuderia Spider 16M, created in celebration of Ferrari winning its 16th Formula 1 Constructors’ title, is presented in Nero Daytona with a race-inspired stripe over a Nero Alcantara interior. With just 357 kilometres on the odometer, it is estimated to sell for $500,000 – $650,000 USD.
Also offered is a 2018 Mercedes-Maybach G 650 Landaulet, one of 99 built in arguably the ultimate and most luxurious incarnation of the G-Wagen range in existence. Presented in Designo Mystic White, with 2,338 kilometres on the odometer, it is estimated at $650,000 – $750,000 USD. Another G-Wagen worthy of note is the 2002 Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG V12, which was an official state vehicle owned by the Dubai royal family from new until 2023. Featuring a fascinating history, including wearing the highly coveted “Dubai 1” registration during its royal ownership, this model was never available to the public and represents a rare opportunity (Estimate: $350,000 – $400,000 USD).

The sale will also feature an offering of exceptional horology, with a remarkable eight watches going under the hammer. The undoubted highlight is the Rolex Daytona ‘Paul Newman’ (Ref. 6240) which is estimated at $300,000 – $400,000 USD. The selection also includes a Rolex Daytona ‘Zenith’ (Ref. 16528), estimated at $100,000 – $150,000 USD, and a Rolex Daytona (Ref. 116509), estimated at $100,000 – $150,000 USD, all the way to a Rolex Daytona (Ref. 116589). Ref. 116589 is a white gold and diamond-set chronograph wristwatch with a grossular and diamond-set dial, circa 2006, and is estimated to sell for $80,000 – $120,000 USD.
