Devised to be used as either a fully mobile exhibition or a bespoke installation, the simulators bring classic historic racing to life, and are suitable for corporate events, exhibitions, private events, parties and weddings, with up to 10 simulators available at any event. Spectators can watch the race unfold through a live stream to a big screen, providing a great atmosphere and engaging spectator experience for any live event.

Each simulator is unique, featuring a full nose cone with mesh grille, adjustable pedal mounts and seating, a stainless steel roll bar, with a cursive simulation designed triple screen and bespoke mountings for controls. The simulators feature replica liveries inspired by classic Formula One cars of the 1960s, including those reminiscent of iconic Lotus, Ferrari and McLaren designs. However, each simulator’s livery can be fully customised to suit a customer’s wishes or to accommodate corporate branding branding.

Available for hire or outright purchase, each simulator utilises the celebrated rFactor 2 racing simulation software from Image Space Inc. to create the most realistic and unforgettable driving experience possible. The simulators are fully adaptable to represent – in minute detail – all the current Formula One circuits as well as an impressive selection of classic tracks from around the world. Additionally, an array of driving experiences is offered that can replicate the characteristics of a vast selection racing cars from the pre-war era to the present day.

Jim Hill, manager at Classic Race Simulators says: “There is nothing like this anywhere else in the market. The simulators are simply beautiful and will enhance any environment and provide an exciting and fun experience. Customers love the fact that they can be linked together for competitive racing involving up to 10 drivers and guests can view all the racing action in real time on big screens.”

In July 2016, petroleum giant, JET, commissioned Classic Race Simulators to create a compelling addition to its Silverstone Classic stand. Classic Race Simulators provided 10 of its 1960’s replica F1 race simulators which were enjoyed by approximately 1,200 people over the three days. Branded with JET logos and featuring the classic Silverstone circuit, the simulators wowed the crowds and saw delighted punters happily queue for a substantial time to wait for their chance to participate in an authentic 1960s race.

Classic Race Simulators will also be providing a racing experience for guests at RM Sotheby’s forthcoming London sale preview on September 6th.
