Savatgy Determined To Make It To The Top
Joey Savatgy entered the weekend having the fastest time in practice, which continued later into his heat race, where he took his second heat race win of the season. In the main event, Savatgy had a strong gate start which led into a first position at the end of the first lap, but later a maneuver around a crashed rider would push him back to finish fourth overall.

“All in all it isn’t the result I want, but we’ll get it. We’re getting faster, qualifying better, and we’re close to the Main Event race pace.”

Alldredge Continues To Improve
Chris Alldredge started his weekend off smart and consistent, starting with his heat race, finishing 4th. Later, in the main event, he would continue to ride smart and poised to finish within the top 10, but a mistake in his last lap would push him back to finish 12th.

“I made a lot of small improvements tonight, I had the starts I needed, and felt good in practice. My pace was pretty good, and I carried momentum…I made a few mistakes and didn’t end where I wanted to be. I have the team and the bike to be up at the front and I won’t stop pushing until I’m there.”
