TLD’s Noren Starts Unadilla Off With A Bang

NRE BERLIN, NY – August 9, 2015 – (Motor Sports Newswire) –  Troy Lee Designs rider Fredrik Noren raced two inspiring motos at the 10th round of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, tallying in 14th overall with a 5-18 moto score. The overall finish didn’t showcase the impressive speed Noren was putting out on the tough Unadilla MX track, speed that took him from 36th on the first lap following a crash to 18th by the final lap in the second moto.

Let’s Start with a Top 5
The opening moto was exactly where Noren wanted to be. He got a great start and was battling near the front the entire moto. After a mistake from one of his competitors late in the race, Noren moved up into fifth, which tied his season-best moto result.

Never Give Up
An 18th Moto 2 result doesn’t do justice to the ride that Noren put forth in 30 minutes plus two laps. After going down on the opening lap and falling back to 26th, Noren used every single lap from there on out to make a push to the front. In the end, he made up an impressive 18 positions, making him a worthy candidate of the RC Hard Charger Award from Unadilla.

Heading West
Noren and his team will leave the rolling hills of upstate New York behind and head west to the unique track on the grounds of Miller Motosports Park in Tooele, Utah. Last season, Noren scored eighth overall there and would be happy to back up that performance in 2015.

Noren was showcasing the 2016 TLD GP Flexion Cyan/Navy and the SE Air Cosmic Camo Blue Racewear. Check out all the 2016 gear sets and the 2016 Moto Helmets online and at your local TLD retailer.
