Alldredge, Bowers Both Gunning for the Podium in Round 5 at Angel's Stadium

CORONA, CA – January 28, 2015 – (Motor Sports Newswire) – Alldredge and Bowers are both zeroed in on the win for team Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki this weekend, as the Monster Energy Supercross series returns to Angel’s Stadium in Anaheim California.

Taking The Lead

“I should have been on the podium tonight,” Bowers said after his last round in Oakland. “Once again my start in the main did not help. I moved as quickly as I could to catch the leader, but I made a few mistakes towards the end that cost me a podium and points. We’ve got two more rounds before the break and I’d like to have the red plate before then.”

Only eight points out of the lead, Tyler Bowers is returning to Anaheim for Round 5, with one thing on his mind, taking the lead in the points by outriding his competition for another podium finish on his KX250F. Doing just that on Saturday is a high probability.

Finishing Strong

With each new round of the Monster Energy Supercross series, Chris Alldredge exhibits marked progress. Last weekend Aldredge won his LCQ and nailed the start again in the main event. He was able to get out front right away and ride at the pace needed to dominantly lead the race in the opening laps. Although Alldredge has yet to finish the main without mistakes, it is a only a matter of time before the rookie pieces it all together and ends up on the podium. He and Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawaski have high hopes for a strong finish this weekend at A3.

Next Stop: Anaheim 3

Monster Engergy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki returns for the 3rd time in 2015 to their home field, with Chris Alldredge poised for the first podium finish of his 250SX career and Tyler Bowers targeting the top spot in the championship points for the Western Region.
