Coach Seiji Returns to Seat Time

January, 21, 2014 – (Motor Sports Newswire) – Coach Seiji, known throughout the motocross world as Andrew Short and Jason Anderson’s trainer, returns to Seat Time to grace the virtual couch with his calm demeanor and fitness knowledge. Many questions have come up on the Seat Time Facebook page asking about Winter training and tips for staying healthy throughout most racers long winter break. Though we are well into January, this is still a great time to talk hibernation, indoor activities and keeping the heart rate up!

Last time Coach Seiji was on, we had many viewers submit questions and we would like to offer that chance again. Viewers can submit questions on our site or join us in the chatroom live during the show.

We will also be announcing a few new segments during the show this evening. FLY Racing has stepped up their support big time, offering prize packages for a new Pint Full of Awesome Award (#PintFullOfAwesome) and Vurb Moto joins the show with their Weekly Clip of Awesome. We are excited to incorporate these new segments and see how the viewers respond.

Join us live this evening at 8pm CST on our website and in the chatroom. We look forward to getting back into the swing of things and keeping Tuesday nights fun for all those offroad enthusiasts.
