CV Products Acquires Cycra Racing Systems and Hardstreet by Cycra

Acquisition dramatically improves CV’s manufacturing capabilities with the addition of plastic injection molding, thermoforming and in-house design capabilities.

THOMASVILLE, NC – April 2, 2013 – (Motor Sports Newswire) – CV Products Consolidated, LLC – a leading manufacturer of high performance race parts and accessories for NASCAR teams, auto racing and powersports professionals, celebrating 25 years in business – today announced the purchase of 100% of Cycra Racing Systems and HardStreet by Cycra. Cycra is a recognized leader in the plastic body and protection categories for the off-road powersports industry. HardStreet designs, manufactures and sells award-winning hard saddlebags and accessories that fit Harley-Davidson® models, metric bikes and cruisers.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
