Viper Motorcycle Company Announces the Texas “Black Diamond Edition” Diamondback Launch Party

The Launch Party is Presented by Gottspeed Racing, Gruene Harley-Davidson and Javelina Harley-Davidson

AUBURN, AL – September 10, 2012 – (Motor Sports Newswire) – Viper Motorcycle Company, a wholly owned division of Viper Powersports (OTCQB: VPWI), announces its Texas launch party September 25, 2012 for its “Black Diamond Edition” Diamondback.  This event will be co-hosted by Gottspeed Racing, Gruene Harley-Davidson and Javelina Harley-Davidson.

This exclusive, invitation only, event will take place at Pat O’Briens on Tuesday, September 25th from 7 pm until 9 pm with several of the special edition Viper Diamondbacks on display.  The party will be a live media broadcast featuring live music and other special events.

The “Black Diamond Edition” Diamondback is a special edition motorcycle, designed and developed for the Mecum 25th Anniversary Auction in Indianapolis in May.  The auction was a huge success and Viper is currently building a limited edition run of 25 numbered and badged “Black Diamonds”.  Ownership of a “Black Diamond” will entitle you to membership into a very exclusive club of motorcycle enthusiasts who prefer high performance, innovative styling, and a distinctive brand of motorcycle.

Rugger Gottsacker, co-owner of Gruene Harley-Davidson and Javelina Harley-Davidson, had this to say:  “We sold our first Viper Diamondback during our customer appreciation event at Gruene Harley-Davidson last month to a very happy rider, Eric Talley. With that success, I wanted to get the Viper ‘Black Diamond Edition’ out in front of a lot of people and this launch party was my way of getting it done.”

Eric Talley, who will attend the event, had this testimonial to give:  “This is by far, the best motorcycle I have ever owned and I have had a bunch of bikes.”

Viper Motorcycle Company VP of Marketing and Racing Operations Colbert Seagraves stated, “The Gottsacker family has been extremely supportive and creative in ways to heighten awareness of the Viper Motorcycle Brand.   Rugger had the idea to host a VIP launch party to showcase the new ‘Black Diamond Edition’ Diamondback on San Antonio’s famed Riverwalk and we told him to run with it.”

John Silseth, CEO of Viper Powersports, stated, “We love the support our Texas dealers are providing Viper as the beta sites in preparation for our National roll-out.  Uncle Hal and Rugger are committed to promoting the Viper Diamondback as a production motorcycle that is second to none in styling, performance, power, and reliability.”
