San West Inc. Expects More Than $2 Million in Online Sales and $650,000 in Gross Profits for Spring/Summer Season

Company Adds Jesse Gonzales, Industry Veteran, Website Development Expert and Founder, to San West Board of Directors

(SNWT ) , an emerging leader in the design, manufacturing, sales and repair of off-road buggies, today released forward-looking sales and profit guidance for its e-commerce business during the 2010 Spring and Summer season.

Based on order patterns, increasing traffic and the success of search engine optimization and other marketing strategies, management expects to generate gross profits of at least $650,000 on net sales of approximately $2.1 million between January 1 and August 15, 2010. The company also anticipates logging 1,000 new customer sign-ups and more than 1,100 sales orders during this time-frame. This projection represents a significant increase over previously announced online revenue forecasts for Spring 2010 of approximately $450,000.

Industry Leader Added to San West Board of Directors

Mr. Gonzales is responsible for quickly transforming into the second largest online dealer of off-road recreational vehicles (ORVs) in the United States with annual revenues exceeding $3 million and more than 25,000 customers. He has deep roots in both the motor-sports and e-commerce sectors and is directly responsible for the sales of over 50,000 affordable ATVs, Gas Scooters, Go Karts and Dirt bikes since 2004, a milestone achieved by very few individuals to date. Jesse is also deeply experienced in the online distribution of affordable family motor-sports goods from the Chinese import market, a key strategic focus for San West.

Mr. Gonzales has been involved with online sales since the late 1990s, when he began learning the intricacies and nuances of eBay and developing winning strategies through trial and error. He has personally designed seven fully integrated e-commerce websites to date. All are equipped with shopping-cart, back-end fulfillment, and educational functionality and predicated on the concept of making the online shopping process equally personal as the in-store shopping process.

Mr. Gonzales also served as national sales manager for Patriot Motor Corporation — a leading ORV distributor in the Western United States — between 2004 and 2006.
