GOLDEN, CO – November 9, 2009 – (Motor Sports Newswire) –  Today Neil Frame and Steven Zarwell of Channel Ideas announced they are accepting applications from Powersports dealers across North America to be part of a new and innovative way to provide 20 group services.

T.E.A.M.“We’ve known for a long time that the old way of doing group facilitation has lost its effectiveness. We are constantly told, “The meetings are nice but we can’t implement and stick with the plan that is designed at the group meeting”, said Steve Zarwell. Steve continues that dealers want one-on-one regular on-site visits followed by regular phone follow-up with the Principle and managers in order to stay on track.

Policy and procedure steps will be a focus with the biggest emphasis on the financials. Both composites and financial statements/balance sheets will be reviewed monthly with each dealer to provide the highest level of information and advice. The program includes management calls with each dealer and a monthly group conference call.
