This new program was designed to harness the power and immediate sales capabilities of online retail sites by offering a no lose drop ship program through the Damzl warehouse.
To launch their new line of “ridewear” for women, White Barn Group designed a variety of B to B programs helping Damzl land online retailers with millions of immediate customers. In particular, WBG devised a unique OPM strategy (Other Peoples Money) using an attractive drop ship program with these action sports E-tailers. The online retailer was given a retail kit that included recommended pricing and a CD with photos of every product so they could list them on their site. The program costs the online retailer nothing unless they sell an item. Once the online retailer sells an item, the order is sent to the Damzl warehouse where it is fulfilled for the online retailer by Damzl further decreasing their exposure to their own labor and warehouse space costs.
Damzl Ridewear was founded by two sisters who were tired of wearing motocross clothes for men. They now feature an entire line of ridewear and casual clothing for “girls who like gears.”
