Fort Worth, TX, May 22 -(Motor Sports Newswire)- Tucker Rocky has announced several management changes designed to help strengthen support for dealers and position the company for continued future success.
“In an effort to build on Tucker Rocky’s success in the marketplace, reaffirm our customer service culture and strengthen our organizational effectiveness, I am announcing several organizational changes. My goal is to reaffirm our culture and management philosophy to ensure that our customers, our sales force, our vendors and our company continue to succeed and grow,” explained TR president Steve Johnson.
The most important change for Tucker Rocky is an increased focus on business segments. “We offer some of the most successful brands in the industry, and I want to continue to build on that foundation,” continued Johnson.
Phillips has been promoted to senior segment director and reports directly to Johnson. Phillips will lead TR’s segment and brand managers.
An increased focus has also been placed on the marketing function, and Stephan Ulbrich, director of marketing, will also report directly to Johnson. Ulbrich will lead marketing and advertising programs that promote Tucker Rocky and Tucker Rocky products and services.
Both of these changes will allow Tim Pritchard, VP of Sales, to focus his full attention on leading sales and customer service and continue to work with Johnson on vendor and industry relationships.
In other shifts, Ross Hanson will serve as VP of operations and take over leadership of Tucker Rocky’s distribution centers and logistics.
